GTA Elite Championship Cup!
Canada T-20 Cricket league, proudly presents the GTA Champions Cup at Maple Leaf Grounds (King City) on thanks giving long weekend starting October 8th to October 10th 2011.
There will be 4 teams in each group, therefore each team is guaranteed to get minimum 3 games. Top 2 teams from each group for the next round.
Champions will be awarded $1000 cash + Trophy, Runner up gets Trophy. Cricket Bat from Hagee Sports will be awarded to the best Batsman. Batting Pads, Helmet and Gloves will be given by Khan Sports to players based on their performance.
Entry fee for the tournament is $600, umpire fee is $35 and ball will be provided at discounted price $20 by Hagee sports.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
All President and Captain of their prospective clubs to pay off your ramaining balance of your club. Any team who is qualifying for Super 8 do not pay off their club fees by August 25, 2011 will be demoted and another club who will 2nd highest points will qualify with good standings.

Canada T-20 Elite Championship games start Friday may 27th @ Ross Lord park starting 5:30 pm between Brampton Masters vs Island Boyz.
Champions will be awarded $10,000 cash prize
Best batsman will be given a Bat from Hagee Sports

Full SAME COLOR UNIFORM must be worn by the teams
The match sheet submitted to the umpire is for the verification purpose only. Both teams are responsible for inputting their game status on the website within 72 hours of game's completion.
Failure to update complete match status after 72 hours will result loosing 3 points.
NO WHITE PADS allowed
T-20 and Hagee Sports stamped white test match ball will be used in all games ($20 discounted price from Hagee Sports)
Failure to use proper ball will result in loss of game
Team playing with unregistered player will result in loss of game if protested by another team
Players must have proper goverment issued photo ID
Rain Outs - No-scheduling- Points will be split
TIE Breaker - in case teams have equal points. we will use NRR for SUPER 8 Matches only.
Umpires Fees = $40.00/team. Each team is responsible to provide umpire fees before the game.
All matches will have 2 umpires
Conselation Rounds will still be held
Canada T-20 - CCO Membership
The Cricket Council of Ontario 'CCO' the regulatory body for cricket in Ontario has given associate membership to the Canada T-20 Cricket League commencing 15th April 2011.
This is a great opportunity and has opened doors for our multi-talented players to be eligible for Ontario and Canadian National teams. Canada T-20 will also participate in all CCO tournaments, selecting the best players from all clubs.
