SCA Match Play Rules

To all Clubs and Teams of SCA
It is your responsibility to register all new players online by entering names and address.
And it must be done before Wednesday 9pm in order for the player to play on the upcoming weekend. This is all according to our SCA Match Play Rules.
Ensure all details are online and confirmed by the Registrar/Statistician by the due date.
Failure to do so may result in loss of points!

Terry Fox Ground
|

No Club or Team will be assigned Terry Fox as its Home Ground, unless a Club or Team request to have Terry Fox as its Home Ground. Each Team will be scheduled to play at least one game at Terry Fox Ground. One Team will be assigned as the Home Team and the other as the Visitor. The onus will be on the Home Team to put down the Matting and the Visitor Team to pick up and store the matting in the Bin.
Any Visiting Team failing to pick up and properly store the Matting will be automatically fined $ 100.00. This fine must be paid before the defaulting team is allowed to play their next schedule game.
The Umpire(s) will be paid $ 5.00 (total) extra, (the Association will pay the extra $5.00) to ensure that the matting and nails/spikes are properly stored. The Visiting Team will be allowed a maximum of 30 minutes to pick up and secure the matting in the storage bin after the conclusion of the game.
The onus is on the Home Team to provide their own Stumps, hammers and boundary markers.
In the event the Visiting Team fails to pick up and store the matting, the Home Team will be credited $50 towards their fees for the next season if they pick up and store the Matting.

Outstanding Balance
|
|
Please note that this is the final notice for any club who has not paid there 2013 Membership fees by Wednesday May 15th will not be allowed to start the season. if you have games scheduled they will be awarded to the opposition and not rescheduled.
This also applies to any Club that has a outstanding balance from 2012.
