Avengers batsmen, today, butchered cricasia bowlers as they piled up their highest score of the season, 381, helped by two maiden and brutal knocks by Sajid and Usman. Avengers won the toss and decided to bat first, Ali and Irfan gave their team a good and solid platform by adding 58 runs in the second wicket partnership. Sajid announced his arrival by a massive four and didn?t stop after that. Sajid and Usman added a record 159 runs in the 8th wicket partnership. Both batsmen scored very quickly with usman keeping his cool and hitting in the gaps while Sajid going over the heads of the fielders. The pick of the bowlers was Bhavmit who took 4 wickets for 97 in 10 overs. Cricasia started their inning with good pace but avengers? bowlers kept them in check and got wickets on regular intervals. Hilpesh once again bowled superbly and took 6 wickets. At the end a massive score of 381 proved to be too much for cricasia who were bowled out around 200 runs.
