Thanks to the extensive research done by Faresh Somai, co-ordinator for the Premier Division, it was determined that Kamal Boodram and Baz Mohamed were indeed registered by Wanderers and were eligible to play in the game. However, Azhad Amidon was (and still is) registered under Toronto Rebels Cricket Club. As such, he was not eligible to play for Wanderers. Consequently, the protest is determined in favour of CriAsia Cricket Club. Game and points are awarded to CriAsia. Protest fee is thus being refunded to CriAsia.
