SACCR Notes: DD won on the basis of 12 Penalty runs awarded due to slow over rate. It was an excellent match where on the begining of 49th over, DD needed 7 runs (after minus 12 runs as penalty of 19 runs) and SACC needed just one wicket....what a climex....but Faisal took away match from SACCR.
